Eating from the store cupboard day one

I'm going to try and do food pics for Jan, partly to keep myself away from JustEat. I've also now stuffed the freezer with sandwich and scone packs so should be able to grab one on working in the office days! Heels turned into toast :-)

This is one tetrapack passata, teaspoon dried chilli flakes, tin carrots in water, pack quorn meatballs, slow cooker for the afternoon, served with wholemeal spag. Generous portions in the freezer also, so I'd say serves 4.( yummy food pic  )
