I'm pretty sure that next year I am going to move to a house that is the right size for me, as this one was bought for more reguar inhabitants than me, and that didn't quite work out for reasons.

I therefore need to lose about 4 rooms worth of stuff, and half a kitchen full.
Help me avoid extreme house clearance fees! If you need a thing, shout out. Bedroom furniture available from mid-December, books, dvds and kitchenalia from now. Armchairs and office chairs aplenty. Give an awesome second hand xmas gift - you know you want to!
